| $BlogItemUrl$>Lose Weight, Maybe Not$BlogItemUrl$> |
I'm sure you know that losing weight is a very personal choice. However, if you are more than twenty pounds overweight, losing that extra weight is important for your health. A good way to decide if you are overweight is to look at the recommended weight charts for your height and age. However, because everyone's body is different, you might want to discuss you weight goals with your doctor. A doctor can confirm your decision and let you know what is normal for your height and age. Your doctor may also be able to give you some information on how to find a plan for a healthy way so as to not compromise your well being. It's important to take a look to see if you really need to lose weight. Just because you aren't as thin as your favorite actor or model doesn't mean you need to lose weight. Often, models and actresses are airbrushed in photos to make them look more toned. As well they have personal trainers that work with them for hours every day in order to help them stay in shape. You may also not need to lose weight just because you've gain a few pounds. People gain weight for a number of reasons, and this is especially true during puberty. If you gain weight check out the rest of your body-are there other underlining factors? Also, don't worry about gaining weight when you are lifting weights at the gym. As you tone your muscles, you will look better, but because muscles are heavier than fat, you may actually gain weight. Lastly, you don't need to lose weight simply because someone makes a rude comment about your looks. If you are happy with your weight and it is within the normal range for someone of your age and height, than chances are that rude comment is stemming from other issues. Don't let someone else influence you to lose weight when it may not be necessary. It is more important to be happy with yourself and eat a healthy diet and not worry about losing weight. |

| $BlogItemUrl$>Impotence treatments are effective but not your only hope$BlogItemUrl$> |
Experts are now arguing that the fact you suffer with erectile dysfunction does not ergo that Viagra Sildenafil Citrate, Cialis tadalafil or Levitra Vardenafil is the answer. Although the larger majority of cases can be treated with these three treatments, many sufferers fail to recognise that the condition can often occur as the result of other factors aside from blood flow and penile damage. Low testosterone levels are also big causes of impotence, as are psychological problems and stress. Testosterone is an integral part of the erectile process and it is responsible for the production of nitric oxide. This is needed for the blood vessels to expand. Your health care provider will tell you that it is a good idea to get your testosterone levels checked in order to rule this out as a cause. There are a number of misconceptions concerning erectile dysfunction, including the fact that it isn’t a common condition. Despite what we see on the big screen and the media, we aren’t all pumped up and ready for action and a large proportion of us will suffer with some form of erectile dysfunction at some stage in our lives. Simply stressing out about one particular sexual encounter can lead to a loss of an erection as can being presented with sexually confident women. The truth of the matter is, although the treatments out there are highly effective and clinically proven, it is perhaps best to discuss the issue with a trained expert before beginning one. |

| $BlogItemUrl$>Teeth Whitening Gives Pearly Smile$BlogItemUrl$> |
One of the most important aims of cosmetic dentistry is to give you that pearly smile! The services provided under cosmetic dentistry include teeth whitening, braces, dental implants etc. Teeth whitening is the latest trend in dentistry, especially in London and UK. It enjoys impeccable popularity across the globe. The treatment of teeth whitening aims to remove the stain and general discoloration of teeth and increase their brightness. While making the teeth brighter and whiter, the process involves a bleaching process. There are various types of teeth whitening treatments ranging from home self-treatment kits to in-office treatments. There are several conditions which decide whether the teeth whitening is suitable for you or not. Those conditions include the severity of stains, rapidity of result desired, cost and the sensitivity of the tooth. Teeth whitening treatments include take-home kits, over-the-counter gels and whitening strips and in-office applications of bleaching gels in conjunction with high intensity light (or laser) for accelerated whitening. One hour teeth whitening or cosmetic laser is part of the in-office professional teeth whitening and one of the latest trends in cosmetic dentistry. It aims to make your teeth whiter and brighter within just an hour thereby making your smile healthier and vibrant. During this process, a patient is made to lie down in the chair and a protective silicone rubber coating is painted around the gums so that whitening gel does not spread to gums. The whitening gel is then painted on the teeth to be whitened, usually second premolar to second premolar upper and lower arches. A light is then placed over the teeth for fifteen minutes to enhance the whitening process. The gel is then washed away. The process repeated twice more. This home treatments include a custom-made mouth tray. The dentist will advise the patient to wear this tray containing whitening gel. The tray is created after taking an impression of the teeth. The tray needs to be worn during sleep or for short periods during the day. The gel releases oxygen on contact with the teeth and this breaks down stains and whitens the teeth. Results are usually seen after two weeks. When you have decided to take treatment, it is important to spot the correct cosmetic dentist rather than the hair dresser! Now-a-days, people also go to hair dressers to take teeth whitening treatment. But, while doing so, one needs to take into consideration that teeth whitening is not just cutting your hair! It has to do with your overall oral health. Therefore, it is rather a medical issue and not a matter of fashion or cosmetics. The reason that people may be tempted to go to salons or hairdressers to whiten their teeth is cheaper rates being offered by those salons. Many a times, these salons tend to use cheaper chemicals to whiten teeth which eventually weaken or erode your enamel. Thus, the cheaper materials used in treatment automatically make your treatment cheaper at the cost of your overall oral and general health. |

| $BlogItemUrl$>Melatonin - A Powerful Hormone That Regulates Sleep$BlogItemUrl$> |
Melatonin is a longevity hormone. It is a natural hormone secreted by the pineal gland, located in the brain, which regulates the human biological clock and sleep. Other great benefits of melatonin are that it regulates immunity and has anticancer properties. There are countless human studies published around the world that prove Melatonin is a very important and powerful hormone. Melatonin is a hormone that our body already naturally produces in small amounts. We have higher levels of melatonin when we are born. This is perhaps why infants sleep longer. Our melatonin levels peak when we are teenagers and after that the levels begin to fall as we age. By the time a person reaches the age of 60 the presence of melatonin almost disappears. Therefore, time spent in deep sleep decreases with age because melatonin levels decrease with age. Studies have shown that melatonin decreases the amount of time it takes to go to sleep, reduces the number of night awakenings, and improves overall quality of sleep. People who use melatonin to treat sleep disorders also found relief from tension and cluster headaches. Melatonin is produced by the pineal gland when we sleep. Because of this, it is important to only take your melatonin after the sun goes down. Do not take this during the day because this is opposite to the body's cycle of production. For best results it's suggested that you take one 3 mg tablet thirty minutes before going to bed. Men should take 3 mg every night and women should take 1.5 mg (half a tablet) four nights a week. Studies have also shown that melatonin regulates immunity. Its anticancer properties have shown to stop or delay the spread of cancer. It has been shown in studies that a low level of melatonin is associated with an increased risk of uterine cancer. Studies have been done that show it inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells. Also, in clinical studies, melatonin was shown to reduce the level of prostate specific antigen, PSA, in prostate cancer patients. This is a miraculous and wonderful hormone. Everyone over the age of 40 should take it. It is safe, non-toxic and there are no side effects. There have been numerous studies that prove its effectiveness. Best of all melatonin is cheap, you take it for only pennies a day. So to feel better, live longer and to have a higher quality of life add Melatonin to your daily supplement regimen. |

| $BlogItemUrl$>Are You Really a Slim Person Deep Down Inside?$BlogItemUrl$> |
What makes a fat person fat and a slim person thin? Do you ever wonder why a slim person can consume heaps of rich food and calories but never put on weight? If you ate like that, you would break the scales. It is just not fair, is it? How can that happen? Could it be something about our beliefs and habits, formed over a life time? Maybe the slim person simply BELIEVES that they will not gain weight, and so they do not. And maybe the fat person just KNOWS they will gain - and so they do. Could the key to effective weight control lie in our belief systems, built over our lifetime?. A slim person is slim because they believe they will be slim, just as an obese person has come to believe that they will be overweight. What if the fat person could change their belief and decide that they really are a slim person, deep down inside? Increasingly, experts are agreeing that it doesn't really matter what you eat so much as what is happening in your mind. That means you can lose weight without giving up your favorite naughty foods. Of course, you should eat the best food you can. But the thing that matters most is your beliefs. By now, you are probably saying, "Yeah, right! But I am stuck with my beliefs." If you really believe that, you are right. But if you don't really believe that, you are also right. By combining a number of proven techniques to change your beliefs, change is easy. No need for sacrifice, effort, or trying to change. All you do is get out of the way and let it happen. Soon it will happen automatically. To have a particular belief, you must have made a judgment about it at some time. A judgment is merely a thought. Judgments are easy to change, when you have new ways of thinking about them. So to change your beliefs, all you have to do is change your mind about them. But not just your conscious, thinking mind - your subconscious mind. And that can be easy, effortless and automatic with the right help. The author, Ned Newman, uses newly discovered principles based on the latest thinking about the way our mind works. Quantum Theory, The Secret, the Law of Attraction, and universal energy concepts. It incorporates some of the teachings of Louise Hay, Dr Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Jon Gabriel, Dr George Blair-West and many others. His weight loss plan can help you lose weight and keep it off, without diets. During 21 days or more of listening to his guided meditations, you can change your beliefs about weight loss and make your body want to lose weight. |
