Best Time to Exercise – And Why

When’s your best time to exercise? Experts reckon adults need around 30 minutes of exercise each day to be considered “healthy”. But finding 30 minutes in between work or school, commuting, eating, sleeping – oh, and relaxing at the end of the day – is tricky, isn’t it?

For most of us, we have to go “out of our way” to fit exercise into our lives. In short, it’s an inconvenience.

The only solution is to build exercise into your current lifestyle, with as little interruption as possible. One practical idea is cycling for exercise to get to the shops, cycling to work, school or wherever – simply because its useful.

(You also save lots of money instead of driving a car, or using public transport – and its much quicker too).

However, even that isn’t the best time to exercise all the time. Who likes to turn up to work in a sweaty suit, even have to shower and change when you get to work?

The solution is electric bike exercise – not only will you arrive sweat-free, but you’re likely to become even fitter in the process. Cheating? Barely. It’s an entirely psychological thing – it’s all in the mind. Once you start exercising gently, you tend not to notice it. And over the course of a 10, 15 – even half hour commute each way you’ll be raising your metabolism.
